Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The period begins:

for a single good: the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) have received the good,
in the case of multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately: on the day the last good is received,
for deliveries in partial shipments/pieces: on the day of receipt of the last partial shipment/last piece.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please return the goods within 14 days of revocation. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Value replacement

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion/Expiration

There is no right of withdrawal for, among other things, sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if its seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened dietary supplements). Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
