1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract
Your contractual partner is Finxful GmbH, Kirchengasse 15a, 92318 Neumarkt, Germany. The product presentations constitute an invitation to submit an offer. By completing the checkout process, you are submitting a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our express acceptance (e.g., order confirmation via email) or upon shipment of the goods.
3. Prices, shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply; these will be indicated during the ordering process.
4. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna). Charges are processed in accordance with the terms of the respective payment service provider.
5. Delivery, delivery area
We deliver to the countries selectable at checkout. Delivery times are displayed during the order process. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for you and incur no additional costs.
6. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal

In the event of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation); in this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
10. Vouchers
Promotional vouchers are subject to the specifically communicated terms and conditions and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are transferable; any remaining credit balance will be retained until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods.
11. Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language of the contract is German. We do not store the contract text in a form permanently accessible to you; you can print or save the data locally before placing your order.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
