Purposes & Legal Bases

Hosting / Shop Platform
Our shop is being moved to the platform Shopify operated. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) and, where applicable, as a joint controller. Transfers to third countries may occur; appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses) are in place.
Payment Providers & Shipping Carriers
Depending on your selection, we transmit payment data to the respective payment service provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Klarna) and shipping data to the selected shipping provider (e.g., DHL/DPD) — in each case for the purpose of contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Cookies and similar technologies
We use technically necessary cookies. We only use non-essential cookies/technologies (e.g., statistics/marketing) with your consent via our consent tool. You can change your selection at any time in the cookie settings. "Decline" and "Accept" are equally possible.
Server logs
When accessing the website, information including the IP address, date/time of the request, URL/referrer, and user agent are processed (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – operation/IT security).
Newsletter
When you sign up, we save your email address and document the double opt-in. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Storage period
We only process personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by statutory retention periods (in particular commercial/tax law).
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
